Sit, Relax, and Enjoy Drinks & Entertainment at Our Cocktail Lounge
Fairview Inn in Jackson, MS provides a casual, friendly neighborhood lounge for guests to enjoy craft cocktails, micro-brewery draught & bottled beer, fine wines and wine flights, and healthy appetizers featuring Chef Gary Hawkins’ regional cuisine.
The original 1908 library of the Inn has been transformed into a lounge club, themed around celebrated Mississippi authors. The library is adorned with a Civil War book collection; contemporary fiction and non-fiction works of famous writers like Eudora Welty, John Grisham, William Faulkner, Willie Morris and Tennessee Williams; and a taste of all things Mississippi- art, culture, music, etc. Available for Fairview Inn guests and open to the public, the intimate setting offers a popular gathering spot and welcome addition to the inn.
In addition to the signature craft cocktails and delicious cuisine, the lounge hosts several fun and entertaining events. Readings at the Library is a monthly book reading event featuring local authors. This is a great opportunity for our customers to enjoy interacting with these talented authors in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The lounge also features weekly events such as quiz night and game night.
